Dan Patterson founded Transition Capital Partners in 1993 and has been active in over 40 transactions since the firm's inception. Dan is also the Chairman of Patterson Thoma Family Office, a family office which serves as TCP's lead investor. Dan has founded, acquired, built, and sold many companies during his career, investing in both LBO and growth equity transactions. Highlights include the creation of Medical Weight Management, which achieved ranking on Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing companies in 1988, and the acquisition, growth and subsequent sale of Texas Home Healthcare, at the time the largest home healthcare provider in the Southwest. Through Patterson Thoma Family Office, Dan also invests in other areas such as early stage growth equity and debt, as well as real estate. Dan earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Kenyon College and a MBA from Harvard Business School. Dan serves on the Board of Directors for many TCP portfolio and unaffiliated independent companies.
Andy Foskey has spent his career in private equity, corporate finance and investment banking. Prior to joining Transition Capital Partners, Andy was a Managing Director for several funds and family offices including a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, Hunt Private Equity Group (the Ray Hunt family office) and J.B. Poindexter & Co. (the John Poindexter family office). Prior to that, Andy was the Chief Financial Officer of a private equity backed consolidator in the equipment rental industry, and, a Director of Corporate Finance for Comerica Bank. Over his career Andy has participated in approximately fifty acquisition and investment transactions, managed corporate affairs as a CFO, and advised on numerous successful M&A transactions. Andy earned a B.A. from Michigan State University, a MBA from Wayne State University, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Keith Driscoll focuses on transaction due diligence, financial modeling, LBO financing and post-acquisition operational management of portfolio companies. Prior to joining TCP, Keith served as a Vice President of Operations for Corporate Sports Marketing Group, Inc. and as a Portfolio Manager with Salomon Smith Barney. Keith currently serves on the Board of Directors of PostUp, Hospice Source, and Hayes Software Systems. Keith holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College in North Carolina.
Jason Faucett is responsible for new deal origination, capital raising, investor relations, recruitment of operating executives, transaction due diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining TCP, Jason was a Senior Partner at Lucas Group, a global recruiting firm, and a Key Account Manager at Centego Marketing, a Dallas based marketing services company operating loyalty programs for grocery store partners, and a portfolio company of Patterson Thoma Family Office. Jason currently services on the Board of Directors of Hospice Source and Hayes Software Systems. Jason holds a B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University, where he played football.

Colin Patrick is the VP of Finance at TCP where he oversees the financial reporting and tax functions of the company. After four years of public accounting at Deloitte, Colin left to work for the philanthropist Lyda Hill as the Controller of her family office, LH Holdings, Inc., for eight years. Colin holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and a M.S. degree in Taxation from the University of North Texas. Colin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Oleg Frayman supports Transition Capital in a consulting advisory role to their portfolio companies establishing "Best Practices" for information systems and technology architecture. Oleg has over 14 years of IT experience covering a wide range of Enterprise Technologies supporting a variety of industries, with a specific focus on architecting world-class enterprise solutions. Currently, Oleg leads the IT department of a $300M Market Research Company in Plano, Texas, as the Director of Server and Storage Operations. From 2005 to 2009, he worked for Vertical Alliance and Alliance Data Systems in a similar IT architectural capacity. His key focus with TCP is to conduct the necessary IT due diligence in order to develop the appropriate technology roadmap for the TCP portfolio companies and potential target acquisitions. Oleg has his undergraduate degree from Drexel University in Computer Science and his MBA from University of Dallas.

Larry has significant expertise in consumer products, having spent his career in retail and serving as an executive for several leading retailers. Larry served as the Chief Executive Officer of CompUSA Inc. though 2006, and spent a total of 16 years at the company. Subsequently, Larry was also President and Chief Executive Officer of CSK Auto Corporation ("CSK"), a specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts. Larry holds a B.A. from Boston University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Micron Technology, LifeSmart Holdings, and Monster Moto.
Jeff has significant experience across a number of industries including consumer products, industrial products & services, and specialty finance and insurance. Jeff currently services as President and Chief Operating Officer of TWG Insurance, one of the largest and fastest growing insurance agencies in the United States. Previously, Jeff served as Chief Executive Officer of the Berry Family of Nurseries, the largest supplier of trees, plants and shrubs in the country. Prior to that, Jeff worked at NCH Corporation, a leading global supplier of industrial maintenance solutions, serving as Chief Executive Officer of the plumbing products group and senior vice president of global operations and strategy. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked as a senior manager at Bain & Company, a leading global strategy consulting firm, and as a senior consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Jeff graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar. He is also a certified public accountant. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of LifeSmart Holdings.

Ed Kuklenski has 36 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Kuklenski previously served as the Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Suture Express, a leading national distributor of wound closure and disposable surgical instruments. Prior to joining Suture Express, Mr. Kuklenski served in various leadership roles at Child Health Corporation of America (CHCA). He also served as an advisor to CHCA's private equity investment fund and President of CHCA's insurance company. Mr. Kuklenski previously held various sales, marketing and general management positions with American Hospital Supply Corp. and Baxter, Inc. Mr. Kuklenski was the co-founder of FoodBuy, Inc., the nation's largest group buying company serving the commercial and institutional food industry. Mr. Kuklenski was also the co-founder of Insurance Point, a national insurance broker focused on health care institutions. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Alliance of Children's Hospitals, the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation, Children's Medical Ventures, the Enterprise Center of Johnson County, iLife Systems, Medibuy, Patton Surgical, Promedix and VMI Medical. Mr. Kuklenski currently serves on the Board of Directors for Captify Health, Hospice Source, Medspeed, PT Solutions and StatLab. Mr. Kuklenski holds a B.S. from the University of Kansas, where he serves on the Dean's Board of Advisors for the School of Business.
Josh helps people quit their jobs and become entrepreneurs at Capital Factory, Austin's largest coworking space and most active investment fund. Josh founded his first startup in 1996 in his college dormitory at Carnegie Mellon University and now teaches a class at the University of Texas for student entrepreneurs. He was recently recognized as a Henry Crown Fellow and Braddock Scholar at the Aspen Institute, a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations Young Leaders Forum, and an Eisenhower Fellow. He represents Austin internationally as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations Young Leaders Forum, and an Eisenhower Fellow. Patrick As the CEO of NRCCUA, Patrick Vogt is responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company. He leads the effort to integrate new design, product, and technology platforms to better support students and universities so they can make more informed decisions that will improve overall enrollment and graduation success rates. Prior to NRCCUA, Patrick served as the Chief Executive Officer for both public and private digital media technology companies. He has held senior executive positions at some of the most prestigious brands in the world, including The Weather Channel,Sony, HP, and Dell. Patrick was most recently CEO of HealthiNation, an Emmy Award-winning health and wellness digital video company. Before HealthiNation, he was President of The Weather Channel's (TWC) International Division where he led all business outside of the U.S. and across all product categories including digital, professional and TV.
Patrick is a technology leader and angel investor, and has been a revered public speaker, who has spoken on technology, entrepreneurship, and business across many venues including TED and the United Nations. Patrick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the State University of New York at Oneonta and holds an MBA from the Hagen School of Business, Iona College.

Kevyn DeMartino has acquired and managed companies throughout his career, with specific focus on entities experiencing both rapid growth and troubled operations. Prior to founding Catalyst Holdings, he spent 8 years as the Managing Partner of Transition Capital Partners (TCP), a Dallas based private equity firm focused on investments in the lower middle market. As a TCP Legacy Company Manager, he will continue to manage certain TCP portfolio companies. Prior to joining TCP, Kevyn was a principal at Triumph Holdings, LLC, a New York based, CIBC-funded private equity firm specializing in media and consumer services. This creative interest was gestated in business school from 1993 to 1995, where he served as a consultant and executive program producer for QVC, ESPN, and NBC. Kevyn currently sits on the Boards of Alta Home Care and MonsterMoto, and is the author of the business management book "BulletPoints – Using Military Tactics and Strategies to Drive your Business to Victory." Kevyn holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas and a MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Jake was a Principal with Transition Capital Partners (TCP), a Dallas based private equity firm, where he was instrumental in acquiring and creating value in 10 different investments. Prior to TCP, Jake served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Healthcare LLC and also co-founded Mobilocity, LLC, a wireless supply chain solutions provider in the telecommunications sector. Jake began his career at the investment banking division of Dillon, Read & Co., focused on mergers & acquisitions, and private placements of debt and equity. Jake currently sits on the Boards of GBS Enterprises and MonsterMoto. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, attending the school on a track & field scholarship.

Rick Baldwinhas spent his career in private equity and management as the CEO, COO or CFO. He spent 10 years as a Managing Director at TCP leading several leveraged recapitalizations and acquisitions. Prior to joining TCP, Rick was integral in the recapitalization and growth of SuccessFactors, a “software-as-a-service” company focused on talent and performance management, which IPO’d in 2007. Rick began his career with Ernst and Young. He received his undergraduate degree from U.T. Austin in Finance and Accounting and his masters from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors of Alta Home Care, SuccessEd, GBS Enterprises, HighStreet IT Solutions, LifeSmart, and Post-Up.
